William (Will) Hudson is a founding partner of Vx Capital. His responsibilities include transaction origination, asset management, and engine portfolio activities.

Previously, Will was Vice President of Pegasus Aviation and was responsible for aircraft remarketing. During his career, Will has bought, sold, or leased numerous aircraft, and managed several large passenger to freight conversion programs.

Will is a board member of the International Society of Transport Aircraft and Traders and a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. He is also a commercial pilot. Will holds a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Will is married with two children and resides in Marin County, California.
