Over the past six years, Vx has successfully acquired over 70 aircraft, developed relationships with numerous airlines, and built a substantial engine leasing portfolio. Respecting the cyclical nature of our industry, Vx pursued the sale of the majority of its aircraft portfolio when the market reached record heights in 2007-08. The firm still owns approximately 20 aircraft in its leasing portfolio and 10 engines in the power-by-the-hour pool.
