Paul Steele joined Vx in 2009 as Senior Vice President of Powerplant Origination & Marketing. Paul is mainly responsible for originating engine transactions as well as the firm's engine remarketing efforts.

His prior experience includes roles as Director of Strategic Sourcing for Volvo Aero Services, Executive Vice President for Engine Tradewinds, Senior Vice President for Kellstrom Industries and Vice President Technical Sales for The Ages Group. Paul began his airline career as the Production Supervisor for Lufthansa Airmotive in Ireland.

Paul served a three-year Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship with the Irish Industrial Training Authority, ANCO and is a graduate of Terenure College Dublin, Ireland. He has also been an ISTAT member for over 15 years. Paul is married with six children and resides in Delray Beach, Florida.
