Will Hudson
William (Will) Hudson is one of the founding partners of Vx Capital Partners. His responsibilities include origination and asset management activities. Will’s most recent projects involved the purchase of debt secured by three 737-300 aircraft on lease to United Airlines and the sale of Vx Capital’s Boeing 747-400 aircraft.

Will was an executive of Pegasus Aviation from 1993 through 2001. During his tenure with Pegasus, he bought, sold or leased over 100 aircraft worth approximately $1.6 billion as well as managed several large passenger to freight conversion programs. Previously, Will was a mergers and acquisitions analyst with Alex Brown and Sons.

Will holds a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a commercial pilot and former member of the Board of Trustees of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. Will is married with two sons and currently resides in Marin County. In his spare time he enjoys squash, fly-fishing and mountain flying.
