Gary Lew
Gary Lew joined the founding team of Vx in 2002 as a Vice President of Finance. In this capacity, Gary is responsible for sourcing debt for company transactions as well as investment analysis, finance and administration for the firm.

Prior to Vx, Gary was a Director at GATX where he was engaged in financial analysis and business development in corporate and venture finance. Prior to GATX, he served as a fixed income research analyst at the California Public Employee’s Retirement System and as an investment associate at Merrill Lynch.

Gary holds a B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Davis. Gary and his family reside in the East Bay, and he is an active surfer and triathlete.
