Vx’s general business strategy is to acquire aircraft and leases which require remarketing and restructuring. Once these activities are completed, the aircraft are offered for sale or refinanced.

We offer the prospective seller of aviation assets flexible deal structures, minimal contingencies, and expedited closings. For our financial partners, Vx is a deal originator, asset manager and co-investor.
